How do I place an order?

What do you charge for shipping?
Shipping fees are based on the number of products in your order, and you have the choice of using UPS or USPS. Our rates are calculated from their Shipping API's. All orders using UPS are insured for the price of the order, and all orders using USPS are not insured and the customer assumes all responsibility.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express.
To protect the confidentiality of your credit card information, all orders placed on our website are processed using SSL Security Certificates.
Do you collect sales tax?
We collect sales tax only on orders delivered to addresses in Washington State.
When will my order be processed?
Once an order is placed, we ship it as quickly as possible. In general, orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours.
Can I modify or cancel an order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it’s been placed.
What if my product is damaged in shipment?
If your order is damaged in shipping, a claim must be made with the carrier within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Be sure to save the original packaging so it can be inspected by the carrier. Prior authorization is required before returning damaged product.
Can I return an item?
We do not accept returns unless a product is damaged in shipment (see below). Please choose your selections wisely before placing your order.
