Poise:

Spray once onto thymus or lower abdomen daily. Can also be applied to the ankle points near the heel. Spray a small amount on only one area of the body per application. Use daily for at least one to two months to balance hormones, then reduce application as symptoms subside.

Compose:

Apply powder onto skin and under arms to keep it cool and dry.

Serene:

Shake gently, then mist on face and neck. Can be sprayed in the room. Use frequently to balance mind, body and spirit. 1ml vial makes 2 bottles. Fill with filtered water and add half the vial. Apply the spray throughout the day as often as needed. Effective and gentle for use around animals and children.
